Richard M. Cohen
Richard M. Cohen is the President of Richard M. Cohen Consultants ("RMCC"), and is a Director of Dune Energy, Flaghouse Communications, Newtown Lane Marketing and Helix BioMedix (OTCBB:HXBM ).
Founded in 1996, RMCC is a financial services consulting firm assisting public and private companies with their corporate governance and corporate finance needs. Subsequent to establishing RMCC, Mr. Cohen helped found Dune Energy (AMEX:DNE), Baseline Oil & Gas (OTCBB: BOGA) and Deyco Acquisition Corp, later sold to the Source Interlink Company (NASD: SORC).
During 1999, Mr. Cohen served as the president of National Auto Credit, a publicly traded sub-prime auto finance company. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Cohen was President of General Media Inc, then a $150 million diversified international publishing and media company. At General Media, he managed over 250 employees, raised $200 million in public and private financings and secured a number of licensing deals.
Mr. Cohen is a Certified Public Accountant (New York State). He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University.
