RWD Executive Search was founded through the merger of the practices of Rona Davis and Robert Friedland. Each of the founder's more than twenty years of executive search experience complements and enhances the other's. RWD utilizes its extensive, deep relationships with front, middle and back office executives to identify, source, reference and develop a fuller understanding of candidates and the trends, data and competitive factors impacting our clients' businesses.

We leverage our network of finance, capital markets, investment management, marketing, technology and operations executives as a resource for each executive search and research project that we undertake.
