Robert J. Friedland is a Founding Partner of RWD Executive Search and leads the firm's capital markets and finance search practices. During his 25-year career in executive search consulting, Robert has also completed a significant number of assignments in marketing and operations across a broad range of industries. His thorough assessment, execution and search process management skills are complemented by experience in leading strategic consulting assignments addressing compensation, staffing and products.
Prior to joining RWD, Robert was affiliated with Raines International, Hadley Lockwood, Secura/Burnett Partners and was a Founding Partner of Management and Capital Partners, an integrated executive search and organization effectiveness consulting firm. Robert began his career in the executive search profession in 1981 after spending ten years in the manufacturing and not-for-profit sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University at Albany. |
