Rona W. Davis is a Founding Partner of RWD Executive Search and leads the firm's technology and operations practices. She was formerly the President of R.W. Davis & Co., Inc., a leading boutique search firm specializing in executive level positions in information technology and operations.
With over 20 years of experience in the field of Executive Search, Rona has completed numerous search assignments for the financial services, manufacturing, and media industries. In addition, she has authored numerous articles on building careers in the financial services and technology fields and has been quoted in the works of others. Prior to becoming an executive search consultant, Rona was a corporate litigator and holds a J.D. Degree from Brooklyn Law School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communications from the State University of New York at Albany. Rona is a member of the Women's Bond Club and is involved with several civic and charitable organizations. |
