Steve Niss joined RWD Executive Search in 2007 to help expand the firm's Investment Management practice. He has been an executive search consultant for more than 10 years, and serves a global client base of leading investment management organizations. Steve was most recently with Fiderion Financial Services Group, where he expanded their presence within the investment management community.
Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director of Creditanstalt Global Asset Management, a multi-product, global asset management group, where he spearheaded the efforts that grew the firm from start-up to $1.2 Billion in assets. Steve also held executive positions with American Express (Posthorn) Global Asset Management, Chase Manhattan Bank and Bankers Trust. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the US Naval Academy, and an MBA in Finance at New York University.
