Thomasina Thomas joined RWD Executive Search in 2007 as Director of Research. Her responsibilities include knowledge management, search strategy, industry mapping and candidate development. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Research Associate for CT Partners, the retained executive search firm formerly known as Christian and Timbers.
Before CT Partners, Thomasina worked as a legal researcher for the law firm of Schuster & Simmons, LPA. Prior to her research career, Thomasina spent five years as a Marketing Manager for a private label clothing company. Thomasina graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She is the proud mother of two daughters, Isabella and Skylar. |
